Only able to enter/exit building with electronic means. Sabbath is a problem! You should provide key access too.

Good afternoon Mark,

I hope that you have been well. Thank you for taking the time to write a review, no matter the feedback it is appreciated as it does assist us to improve. With regards to access, unfortunately, we only manage a few units in the building and the body corporate of the building is the only one who can approve and change the methods of access. Like many others, this building has recently changed its access to a key/tag system as it is more secure and they no longer have the option for physical key access. We can bring it up to the body corporate however being just a few units that we manage we would not have the majority here to change the way they want access control of the apartment building. I do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you and I do hope that we can host you again.
