Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
1. Check-in is from 2 pm, check-out by no later than 10h00am.
2. There is open, free parking.
3. Note this is a self-catering, unserviced Manor, the units provide bath towels for each guest and bed linen, one roll of toilet paper & some dishwashing liquid. Please plan for personal items as required.
4. All Parts should be done at the downstairs Bar and Lapa.
5, 2 Swimming towels are provided per room on request.
6. Please note that we have a deep swimming pool on-site; therefore, children must be supervised by an adult at all times for their safety.
7. Guests are responsible for their own visitors and must ensure that their visitors comply with the property rules and regulations. Guests will be responsible for opening the gate for their own visitors using the remote provided.
8, Please note that the host must be notified of any planned functions or gatherings in advance. Additional function rates may apply for function bookings.
