Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1100 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to provide their own swimming towels.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the buildings.
After 22:00, guests must respect others and keep noise to a minimum.
A refundable breakage deposit of ZAR 1,100 applies to self-catering apartments and is required per booking. This deposit covers any breakages, damages, or excessive cleaning. Provided the apartment passes inspection, the deposit will be refunded via EFT within 3–5 working days after check-out.
For rooms only, a refundable breakage deposit of ZAR 250 is required per booking. This covers any breakages, damages, or excessive cleaning. Subject to a satisfactory inspection, the deposit will be refunded via EFT within 3–5 working days after check-out.
