Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable security deposit is required via EFT before arrival. No cash is accepted on the premises.
Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in a double occupancy charge per additional guest, per night.
No smoking is permitted inside the property. No pets allowed. A R1000 penalty applies for non-compliance.
Guests must shower before entering the Jacuzzi.
Betty’s Bay is a nature reserve. No outdoor music is allowed after 22:00. Please move indoors, close all doors, and keep noise levels low. Guests should not be heard from outside.
No external sound systems are permitted. A R1000 penalty applies for any noise or sound system violations.
No loud parties are allowed at any time.
Refuse must be placed in tied black bags. On Thursdays, place bags at the gate for collection. On other days, guests must take all refuse with them. A minimum R500 penalty applies for non-compliance.
Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush nappies, sanitary products, chemicals, or any non-biodegradable items.
The property must be left in the same condition as on arrival, except for used linen and towels. Damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Please report any damages during your stay.
A check-out inspection will take place, usually on Monday mornings at 08:00 or directly after departure. All keys and remotes must be handed to the representative. Lost items will be deducted from the deposit.
Payment of the deposit or booking fee confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
