Good day Carl,
We were in Canada when you were our guest. Thank you for choosing our accommodation. We apologise for not being there, but we left control in capable hands. It concerns us, and we're sorry, when guests are not entirely happy as we work hard to ensure that everything is perfect in the accommodation. We are superhosts with the Airbnb agency due to our excellent reviews and attention to every need of our guests. We would appreciate any further feedback from you so that we can address any shortcomings. Before we left for Canada at the beginning of December to visit our son and his family, we strived to ensure everything was in order. We look forward to hearing from you.
