This place is absolutely spectacular, the views are amazing with fun things to do all around you - such as spending a day in Clarens. The check-in was effortless, the host and staff were very accommodating. With a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, it's like something out of a storybook and a wonderful break away from the city to enjoy with your loved ones. The hot tub is also delightful, as well as the kitchen being perfectly stocked with cutlery and crockery that makes cooking a breeze. My only criticism is that the bedding was all singles with no option for sharing. I understand this gives more options for the host; however, having another option accessible would be ideal, especially as I was travelling with a partner. Other than that, I could find no other faults with these pods. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Wonderlike wegbreek langs water waar daar rus is.

Dit was 'n heerlike wegbreek. Ons was privaat, baie gemaklik en kon nie genoeg indrink van die skoonheid om ons nie. Die rivierwater kabbel so lekker, voel of jy heeltemal in 'n ander wereld is. Ons kan regtig oor niks kla nie en sal enige iemand met vrymoedigheid aanbeveel, en hoop om self sommer gou weer daar te gaan draai!

Oortref al jou verwagtinge.

Dit was absoluut perfek! Ons sal definitief weer kom, ons het dit baie geniet. Dit het al ons verwagtinge oortref en die personeel en Thalita het ons baie welkom laat voel. Baie skoon en netjies.

Asemrowend, gemaaklik, rustig en vreedsaam.

Ons het die plek verskriklik geniet. Dit was baie netjies en gerieflik. Al die nodige toerusting was beskikbaar en die diensknegte was baie behulpsaam. Die posisie is in 'n perfekte posisie gelê en dit maak dat die natuur nog meer pragtig deur skyn.

Fantastic spot right on the river - excellent base for river access for fly fishing.

Spent 4 nights at Kingsbrook Pods with my wife, sister, and brother-in-law. Celebrated his 40th on the side of the river! Fantastic location and pretty much the perfect stay, easy to find and straightforward access. Talitha was always available for any questions we had. Spent quite a bit of time on the river as well, with some fantastic opportunities for Rainbow Trout. Can't wait to come back after this first session to the Ash, we will be back soon. The fireplace really made things special over the cold weather we had. Thank you again to Talitha and her team.

Loved the location. Beautiful accommodation, was a comfortable and cosy weekend. Would have loved to stay longer. Just need to fix their microwave.

Best Clarens holiday stay so far.

This is by far the best accomodation we have ever stayed at in Clarens. Accommodation was perfect, extremely clean and private. Only issue we had were the following: 1. The microwave did not heat up the food. Dont think it works. 2. The stove doesn't heat up well. Doesn't even get hot. 3. The kettle takes forever to boil the water. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Ons is gou weer terug.

Ons het dit baie geniet, was 'n jammerte dat ons so gou moes terug huis toe gaan.

Ontspanne omgewing naby genoeg aan Clarens en Bethlehem. Lekker rustig. Pragtig met die rivier en modern gemeubileer.

We had high expectations as the price was on the upper end, but this place exceeded our expectations in all respects. The design was well thought out, the finishes beautiful and the setting spectacular. The hot tub next to the river was a welcome addition in the slightly chilly weather. We could really relax and had total peace and quiet, the occasional white water rafters being the only sign of other humans. The only thing to improve is a bigger and more comfortable couch. Thank you, we wish we could stay longer.
