Description
Kliphuis @ Slangboskloof is situated on a working fruit farm, nestled against the Skurweberge. The cottage looks out onto the Slangboskloof dam, and the peaceful and beautiful surroundings makes it the ideal spot to relax. The farm is situated 64 km from Ceres.
The stone cottage, with its old-world charm, can accommodate 8 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath/shower, and a loft room with a double bed and 2 single beds, accessed by an indoor ladder or outdoor staircase. There are an additional 2 single beds in the downstairs dining area.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, microwave, and cutlery. There is a large indoor fireplace to keep warm in the winter, and firewood is provided. Linen and bath towels are supplied.
There is an adjacent conference facility on the farm that caters for up to 12 people; this allows for the unique experience of combining business with nature and relaxation.
The area is ideal for bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, and fishing in the dam.
