A serene family gem with unforgettable farm views. Our stay at L’Bloom Country House in Tulbagh was truly special and exceeded all expectations. Set in a serene and peaceful farm environment, this spacious and comfortable family home is a dream getaway, especially for families with children. The outdoor play area and thoughtfully provided toys kept our daughter happily entertained, allowing everyone to fully relax and enjoy the surroundings. The owner went above and beyond by allowing us to explore the farm, including visits to the two beautiful dams. Watching the most incredible sunsets while hearing the fish eagles calling overhead was an unforgettable experience and added a magical touch to our stay. The house itself is warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for comfort, offering a level of peace and tranquility that is hard to find. Host communication was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always helpful—making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. L’Bloom Country House is truly a hidden gem just outside Tulbagh, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, family-friendly escape.

Perfekte lente wegbreek. Ons het 'n fantastiese wegbreek naweek as gesin met volwasse kinders gehad! Die rustigheid, voëls se gekwetter en stap op die plaas tussen bloeisel-bedekte vrugtebome was 'n lafenis vir die siel! Uit 'n akkommodasie oogpunt was als puik! Ons sal beslis vir L'Bloom aanbeveel!

Absolutely amazing. The home far exceeded our expectations. It is a massive property with loads of space for kiddies to burn off energy.

Heerlik! Ons het baie lekker gebly. Die buite stoep is heerlik vir 'n sundowner en die binne braai werk ook goed daarby. Die kombuis is goed toegerus en die skottelgoedwasser help dat jy nie hoef skottelgoed te was as jy 'n naweek weg gaan nie. Ons het ook lekker gaan stap op die plaas en die omliggende wynplase gaan besoek. Sal beslis weer daar gaan bly.

Goeie location, lekker huis, rustige plaas-voel. Die huis is mooi skoon en ons het baie tuis gevoel. Binne braai werk goed en dishwasher is 'n plus! Die plaas met mooi damme en het uile gesien en arende gehoor.

Luxury in the country! L'Bloom is a beautiful house with a lovely garden equipped for children to have a ball. It's a bit of a walk to the 2 dams, but we caught some carp and picnicked on the banks. Just a tip for future guests: in case there is load shedding, take a couple of LED lights as the bathrooms have no rechargeable globes. Also, there is no soap for the baths or shower, only for the hand basin. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. One gripe, which I saw another guest mentioned, is that the two family bedrooms both really need a bedside table between the beds! Additionally, the mirror above the basin in the family bathroom is so high that we could only see the top of our heads in it! Other than that, we had a lovely relaxing weekend!

We had a wonderful time at L'Bloom. Very relaxing atmosphere. Quiet and beautiful. We had a wonderful time. A pool would have been amazing, as it was very hot.
