Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property is protected by CCTV. Both outside and inside the property.
Only the guests booked into the property are allowed on site.
No other persons are permitted without prior arrangement with the owner.
The maximum number of guests is 13 adults and 1 infant, and cannot be exceeded.
No smoking is permitted inside the house under any circumstances.
Guests are required to vacate the property by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Unruly behaviour, excessive drinking, and loud music after 22:00 will not be tolerated.
Please do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes, and keep dirty feet off the furniture.
All breakages, damages, missing items, costs to remove stains, and additional heavy cleaning will be deducted from the breakage deposit. Any damages exceeding the deposit will be recovered from the guest.
