House Rules
No smoking is permitted inside the apartment.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Please use the provided ashtray to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, including the elevator, stairwells, walkways, swimming pool area, and parking areas.
No loud music is allowed.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
No unauthorised overnight visitors are allowed.
Please park only in the parking bay assigned to your unit.
Visitors must park outside the complex.
Only registered guests are permitted to use the swimming pool.
No washing is allowed to be hung on the balconies or in front of windows. Please use the washing line situated behind the outside building in the parking area.
No running, shouting, or screaming is permitted in the walkways, stairwells, elevators, or any common areas. Please note that noise travels easily—be mindful and respectful of permanent residents living in the complex.
Zero tolerance policy: Any disturbances may result in immediate removal from the premises by Complex Patrol.
