For safety reasons, only briquettes may be used in the Weber on the wooden deck.
Please conserve water, as the area is water-scarce.
Parking is available in the apartment's driveway.
The electricity board is located in the hallway cupboard.
The unit has a TV and Netflix.
For guests' safety, do not walk past the deck toward the main house, as an alarm is activated in that area.
