Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

An inventory list will be available in the tent; please review it carefully and report any discrepancies immediately. If we do not receive feedback, we will assume that all items were complete and undamaged at check-in.

After departure, our team will inspect the unit. Any missing items or breakages will be communicated to you. The cost will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 48 hours. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be liable for the full cost.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and tents due to fire risk. If signs of smoking are detected in the unit, the full breakage deposit will be withheld. Should additional damage occur, the guest will be responsible for repair or odour removal costs.

Quad bikes are not permitted. Two-wheel motorcycles are welcome at an additional cost per motorcycle, but this must please be arranged with the lodge in advance. No motorcycles are allowed in the main lodge area. Please also respect our wildlife — they are very tame.

Wood and ice are available for purchase at the bar on request and should please be arranged in advance.

All private functions must be arranged directly with the lodge beforehand. The use of the bomas at the bush tent camp must also be booked in advance. If the bomas are used without prior approval, the deposit will be withheld for cleaning purposes.

Day visitors are not permitted. Should guests wish to receive day visitors, this must be arranged with the lodge in advance, and an additional cost will be implemented.
