Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests can check in any time from 12:00, but the gate is locked at 19:00, so arrival before then is required.
Check-out is before 11:00 on the day of departure.

A gate code will be provided. After entering, follow the signs to the lodge, where staff will meet you and show you where to park. Driving is only permitted to the lodge; afterwards, guests are asked to walk, hike, or cycle to avoid disturbing the wildlife.

No music is allowed to maintain the natural bush sounds, and pets are not permitted due to resident cats. The property runs on solar power, so guests should be mindful of energy use, including turning off air conditioning when leaving rooms. Water comes from on-site boreholes and is safe to drink.

Requests for wood, ice, or other items should be made before 17:00, as staff are unavailable after that unless there is an emergency. Fires must be properly managed using the half drum provided before bedtime.
