House Rules
Children and pets may not be left unattended in the pool area, as the pool is uncovered.
A cleaner is available on weekdays, excluding South African public holidays, and may be arranged in advance at an additional fee. Ironing and laundry are not included.
No food or drinks are allowed on the tennis table.
The guest responsible for the reservation will be held liable for any breakages, missing goods, and failure to follow the house rules.
Guests who overstay the check-out time without prior arrangement will incur a penalty and may lose access to the property.
The property is enclosed with an electrified fence and guests should take care not to touch the fence.
No marker pens, crayons, paints, or hair dyes may be used inside or outside the house.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.
The property does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Linen and blankets may not be used as pet bedding.
Loud music is not permitted at any time. The host reserves the right to request guests to leave the premises should noise complaints arise.
Events, gatherings, and any form of commercial photography or filming are only permitted with prior arrangement.
Guests wishing to host an event or use the property for filming or content creation must contact the host in advance for approval.
Hosting an event or conducting filming without prior permission is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty.
