House Rules
Off-limit areas: Please avoid entering locked rooms, the office, the laundry room and the front garage.
Panic button: The red button on the blue remote is for emergencies only. Pressing it will alert security personnel.
Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside rooms or the main house. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Parties & gatherings: Kindly refrain from hosting parties or large social gatherings.
Towels: Pool towels are provided — please do not use white bath towels outside.
Laundry service: Please note that the use of the washing machine and dryer is not permitted. If you would like to use our laundry service, kindly inform management.
Sanitary products: Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Dispose of all other items in the bin provided.
Quiet hours: Out of respect for fellow guests and neighbours, keep noise levels low between 22:00 and 06:00.
Keys: Keys should remain with you during your stay. In the event of lost keys, please notify management without delay.
Pets: Regrettably, no animals are permitted on the property.
Fireplace: No BBQ/Braai in the indoor upstairs fireplace. Please use the outdoor upstairs fireplace provided.
Fires made in the downstairs fireplace must be placed on the far left-hand side.
