Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered before arrival. To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification documents (ID or passport), vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time.
This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional cost.
A standard key and breakage deposit are requiredbeforeo check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to the property host upon arrival. Additional charges may apply for arrivals after 00:00.
