An additional charge of R150.00 will apply for check-ins after 18:00. For check-ins after 22:00, an extra fee of R250.00 will apply, payable upon arrival.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum: no loud noise after 21:00, and no noise at all after 23:00.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises. A fine of up to R1000 will be charged for smoking violations.
We may require you to send a copy of all guests' ID or passport documents through Airbnb for registration with the building manager.
A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed at any time, and no overnight guests are permitted unless they are part of the original booking.
Upon check-in, you will be required to sign a document outlining the house rules.
For monthly rentals (30+ nights), electricity usage is limited to R500.
