55 Maritime is 'n ideale ligging in Knysna en Pezula bied goeie sekuriteit en 'n mooi area. Ongelukkig voorsien die huis glad nie genoeg voorraad vir die aantal mense wat dit slaap nie. Ons was baie teleurgesteld in die tekort aan skoon beddegoed, genoeg toiletpapier, enige skoonmaakmiddels en swart sakke, en die totale tekort aan speserye of kook produkte. Die WiFi het ook glad nie gewerk nie, nadat ons meer as 4 keer gevra het of dit reggemaak kon word aangesien party van ons moes werk. Ons was ook glad nie ingelig dat daar vroegoggend op beide Saterdag en Sondag mense in die tuin en buite die huis sou wees om skoon te maak nie. Oor die algemeen was ons baie teleurgesteld en sal nie terug wees nie. Ons sal ook nie 55 Maritime aanbeveel vir huur nie.

Dear Mia,

I do apologise that you were not happy with your stay at Maritime 55. I will definitely address the linen issues with the owner and ensure we get more supplied for the property.

The Wi-Fi has never been a problem in the house and Levi confirmed that he could connect on his phone, as far as I was aware that issue had been successfully resolved, so again my apologies.

The house being 100% self-catering does not supply any cooking materials in the way of spices etc, and we do specify that we supply arrival amenities, but we do not replenish them during a stay.

I will also address the staff being on-site, the owner arranges this schedule, but I will certainly make sure that this does not occur in the future.

There should have been supplies such as black bags and arrival dishwashing liquid and washing machine tabs, if there were not please let me know as this is something I need to take up with my staff.

We have many properties on Pezula, and most of them we have under full management and therefore have complete control. This is unfortunately not the case with Maritime 55 so we have little control over the garden service and many other points.
