Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Children under the age of 3 stay free in accordance with the property’s booking policy.

The property operates on solar power with generator backup.

Wi-Fi is available at all cottages, the entertainment barn, and the campsite. Card payment facilities are available.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages. Outdoor areas such as verandahs may be used, and cigarette disposal must be handled responsibly.

Firewood is provided for initial use, and each cottage is prepared with basic amenities upon arrival.

Certain cottages include a wood-fired hot tub, while others may offer this feature on request, subject to availability and booking arrangements.

During colder months, gas heaters and hot water bottles are provided in each cottage.

Catch-and-release fishing is permitted. Guests are required to bring their own equipment, including rods and appropriate gear.

Late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.

The cottages are not equipped with televisions in order to maintain a peaceful and nature-focused environment.

Cancellation Policy - Flexible
