Treat the property with care and leave it as you found it. Report any damages or losses immediately.
Respect neighbors; keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

No smoking or vaping indoors; use designated outdoor areas. Dispose of cigarette butts in the provided bin.
No pets are allowed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Wash dishes and store food properly. Follow appliance instructions and report any faults.
Dispose of waste and recyclables in the correct bins.
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Return keys to the keybox on check-out.
Familiarize yourself with fire exits and extinguishers. Do not leave cooking appliances unattended.
No parties, large gatherings, or events without prior agreement. Unauthorized events may result in eviction.
Use designated parking areas only; do not block driveways or access points.
