Die eenheid is seker nie rokersvry nie. Het sterk na rook geruik. Die eenheid was glad nie skoon nie en die elektriese toestelle werk glad nie.

We thank you for your valued feedback and apologize for your inconvenience.
The guests may not smoke in the unit and we advise this on all of our communication. However, it could be unfortunate that one of the previous guests did not abide by the rules so we will steam clean the carpets and wash the curtains.
We are aware of the problem with the TV which you reported on, which we collected for repairs, as well as the issue you had with the power tripping, which was resolved.
I am not aware of any of the other appliances not working. All air conditioners have been checked and are working and will be serviced soon, including fridge and dishwasher. If you can please confirm which appliances are not working then we can look into it?
As to the cleanliness of the unit, I apologize once again, but you chose not to accept the assistance after we sent a cleaner with the housekeeper the following morning after the complaint you made.
I assumed you left a day earlier because it was raining here for 3 days so I am really sorry if this made you leave earlier, but I can assure you that we will continue to strive to maintain standards and customer satisfaction.
