Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed inside the apartment.
A breakage deposit is required. This will be fully refunded provided there is no damage to the property.
If the apartment is left dirty, a cleaning fee of R200 will be deducted from the deposit.
