House Rules
Please treat the home with the same care and respect you would your own.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.
No parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive noise.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Please keep sand, seawater, and outdoor gear (surfboards, wetsuits, etc.) outside or in designated areas.
Kindly use coasters and placemats to avoid stains or damage to surfaces.
Do not move furniture without permission.
Please keep windows and doors secured when leaving the house.
Switch off lights, heaters, and appliances when not in use.
Be mindful of water and electricity usage, as resources in Cape Town are precious.
Rinse off after the beach before using the indoor shower.
Use the provided bins for rubbish and recycling.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Please notify us immediately of any damages or maintenance issues.
Check-out time must be respected to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
