Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that a refundable deposit of R1000 is charged for breakages and keys for each booking. This deposit will be fully refunded provided the apartment and its contents are left in the same condition as found.
A one-time agent cleaning and administration fee of R930.00 is also charged per booking.
No matriculants or students under the age of 25 will be permitted during peak season without parental supervision.
Third-party rentals are not allowed. If the owner becomes aware that a booking was made on behalf of someone else, the booking will be cancelled immediately, and the cancellation policy will be applied accordingly, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
