Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage deposit of R500 needs to be paid as an extra fee. The deposit is not included in the rental cost of the unit. The deposit will be paid back in about 7 working days if nothing is broken, damaged or missing.
The cleaning fee is already included in the quotation.
Please remember to bring your own DStv decoder (necessary cables are provided).
