Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in times are from 14:00 PM. Check-out is strictly before 11:00 AM. Kindly refrain from requesting extended check-out times, as our dedicated cleaning team requires sufficient time to prepare the property for the next set of guests. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the specified check-out time.
Occupancy Limits:
The number of guests specified in your booking is the maximum allowed. Our holiday rental manager may conduct occasional checks to ensure compliance with the booked occupancy. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
Housekeeping Expectations:
Please maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the house. Ensure dishes are washed, trash is taken out, and wet towels and clothes are hung out to dry to prevent any potential infestations. On the last day of your stay, kindly place all rubbish bags on the sidewalk or dedicated spot as indicated outside for municipal collection.
Smoking and Pets:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Feel free to smoke outside, using ashtrays if provided. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No Pets are Allowed unless owner has agreed.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are reserved from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Kindly consider your neighbors, as some are permanent residents. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment to ensure a comfortable stay for all.
Security Deposit:
Treat the property as you would your own. Report any damages or breakages to the Holiday Rental Manager promptly. A deposit is held to cover any necessary replacements identified by our Peace of Mind team.

Amenities Use:
Basic amenities are provided initially. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional amenities as needed during their stay. As it is self – catering and should be understood as such.
Parking Instructions:
Parking is usually in front of the house unless otherwise instructed. Garages are not available for use.
Wi-Fi and Entertainment Systems:
Wi-Fi details will be provided if the property is equipped. DSTV will be activated in advance if available.
