House Rules
Please note that the house is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or guests with disabilities.
Guests are required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment when making a booking.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid into the specified bank account at least 2 days before arrival. Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions and secures the booking.
Guests must carefully follow the instructions provided upon arrival. The guest is responsible for the behavior of their group and must ensure that the property is treated with care and respect.
Each house has a set guest limit, which may not be exceeded.
Any loss or damage to the property or its contents (including the inverter, linen, equipment, and accessories) will be assessed by Be in Betty’s Bay, and the guest will be liable to pay for any damages caused. Guests must report any damage or loss before departure.
If the property becomes uninhabitable for reasons beyond the owner’s control, a refund will be given for the period during which it was unavailable. No further compensation will be provided.
Be in Betty’s Bay reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time if guests behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance.
Quiet hours begin at 22:00.
By paying the deposit, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions provided by Be in Betty’s Bay.
