Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R15000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
Additional visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.
No parties allowed.
Loud music, functions, or gatherings beyond the registered guests are not allowed.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or barn; outdoor smoking is allowed using the provided ashtrays, and cigarette stubs must not be discarded in the dune area.
Pets are only allowed if specifically agreed in advance, and they are not permitted on furniture or beds.
Guests are asked to take care of the antique pots on display; any breakages will be charged in addition to the breakages deposit.
The villa and barn are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Guests should treat the property and furnishings with care, as this is a private home.
Large furniture or indoor items should not be moved outdoors.
Beach sand and salt can damage surfaces, so please rinse feet and equipment before entering the house or pool.
Glassware is not permitted in or around the pool or hot tub.
While the property is alarmed, the beach side is not fenced, so the alarm should be set when leaving. It is recommended to close the security door on the staircase at night.
Children must be supervised near the pool and hot tub at all times, and jumping from balconies or running and diving around the pool or hot tub is prohibited.
The hot tub should be used responsibly, without adding oils, bubbles, or glass containers. Any damage or malfunction should be reported immediately.
Commercial photography, filming, or events require prior written approval.
The property operates on borehole water and solar systems, so guests are asked to use these resources responsibly.
