House Rules
Check-in: Between 15:00 and 18:00
Check-out: Before 10:00
This is a peaceful, family-friendly home. Parties, drinking games, and large gatherings are not allowed.
No loud music or playing music outside.
Quiet hours: After 22:00. No visiting outside on the patio after this time.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house. Marijuana is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Visitors are not permitted.
For long stays (10 nights or more): A change of bedding, fresh towels, and general cleaning will be arranged after 10 days, and then every 7 days thereafter.
Firewood: Two bundles are provided. Additional wood can be arranged directly with the host.
