House Rules
The Little Gem can't assist with accommodating children or Sunday check-ins.
Only house-trained pets are allowed.
Pets must be fully immunised and free of ticks and fleas.
If pets are allowed on the furniture, please use the pet-friendly throws/blankets provided:
Mountain View: striped throws and blankets are on the shelf below the TV.
Thatch: striped throws and blankets are in the basket in the lounge.
Pets must be kept off the beds, unless guests provide their own linen to cover the bedding.
Guests will be charged for any damage caused by pets to furniture or linen.
Pets should not be locked inside the cottage when unattended. Doors may be left open and security gates locked if the pet can safely access the garden.
Please use the pooper scooper provided to clean up after your pet.
Excessive barking or misbehaviour may result in a request for the guest’s immediate return. If a pet cannot be left alone, a tenant is available to pet-sit socialised pets for a small fee.
