Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note there are permanent tenants living on the premises.
The guests must ensure that the garbage bags are put out before 07:00 on a Monday morning. Household waste must be put in black bags and recyclable material in blue bags. Only clean items are recyclable.
Animals are not allowed to sleep on furniture such as sofas and beds and the guests are responsible for any damage caused by the animals or themselves. Tenant can place trellies between the kitchen and living area, then they can sleep in the kitchen. No large dogs can be allowed because the enclosure does not lend itself to that.
Towels are provided but may not be used on the beach.
Should damage to property exceed the deposit, the guest will be liable for the balance.
The neighbourhood is quiet, so no excessive noise is allowed.
