Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No visitors allowed.
No social gatherings or parties permitted.
Quiet hours must be respected between 22:00 and 08:00.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate eviction.
No laundry may be hung on balconies or any part of the building or common property where it is visible from outside. This includes buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags; these may not be stored on balconies or in common areas.
The refuse room is located on the 3rd floor. Guests may not leave refuse outside apartment doors or in the fire escape areas under any circumstances.
No alcohol is permitted on the rooftop area. Access to the rooftop is allowed between 06:00 and 21:00 only.
Guests should please note that the use of the gym is at an additional cost. Guests can pay a daily membership fee to utilize the gym, which is to be handled directly with the gym itself.
