The Suburban is situated in the leafy Dan Pienaar suburb of Bloemfontein, which was recently voted 1 of the best suburbs to live in South Africa. The Suburban Guest House is a modern, upmarket establishment which was born from the need to cater for the travelling businessman as well as his family when needed.

The modern rooms will welcome guests with their fresh, clean appearance. Each room is furnished with a queen-size bed or both queen- and a single bed. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, while some present a shower and a bath. Other facilities include air-conditioning, bar fridge, a TV with DStv, working station, tea- and coffee-making facilities, steamer, and free Wi-Fi. Special attention was given to modern connectivity; guests will not have to search for plugs for their gadgets, as they are all within easy reach.

Long-stay guests are welcome, as laundry and other requirements can be arranged. Overnight secure parking is provided on the premises, with entry at the guest's convenience by a remote-controlled sliding gate.

The guest house is located within close proximity to schools such as Sentraal and Willem Postma, and within walking distance of Preller Square shopping complex. The centre of town is situated 10 minutes away, as is Mimosa Mall, The Waterfront Mall, and Hydromed Hospital, with the airport approximately 15 minutes away.
