Please braai only on the lawn and not under the awning or umbrella.
No extra guests are allowed.
Please respect the neighbours by not playing loud music or making unnecessary noise at night. Silence from 22:30 to 06:30.
Guests who check out later than 10:00 without explanation may be asked to pay for an extra night.
The unit is self-catering, which means that daily cleaning services are not offered. If you require this, it can be done for an additional fee.
If the unit is left in an unacceptable condition, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to the guest.
For stays longer than 3 nights, bed linen and towels will be changed if necessary.
