Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only.
The property is equipped with solar power as a backup during loadshedding, and the stove top operates on gas.
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 guests, including children, accommodated across 5 bedrooms. This limit may not be exceeded at any time.
Uncapped Wi-Fi and a full DStv package are provided. The television is a smart TV.
Full payment must be completed prior to arrival in accordance with booking requirements. Additional applicable fees and refundable deposits must be settled as required, with specific arrangements for international and local guests.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability and additional requirements.
Children of all ages are welcome; however, guests are required to supervise children at all times due to the layout and features of the property. Safety barriers, stair gates, and pool or hot tub safety nets are not installed. The owners and property management accept no liability for any incidents or accidents.
Guests travelling with infants are required to bring their own baby equipment, including a cot and high chair.
Linen and towels are provided. Bath towels are reserved for indoor use and may not be used for beach or outdoor purposes.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Cigarettes must be disposed of responsibly using designated ashtrays and not on patios, in gardens, or in toilets.
Unruly or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund. Parties and events are not permitted. The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood within a gated estate, and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times. Noise levels must be kept low throughout the day, with quiet hours observed after 22h00.
The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure. Additional cleaning may be required if this standard is not met.
The house operates on a septic tank system. Only appropriate materials may be disposed of in toilets, and guests are requested to use septic-friendly products.
Housekeeping services are not included and are available on request, subject to availability.
Parking is available on-site. The garage is not accessible to guests.
The surrounding area forms part of a natural environment with wildlife.
All amenities, facilities, and services provided form part of the house rules and must be used responsibly at all times.
All applicable conservation or property-related fees must be clearly displayed and will apply as required.
