House Rules
Smoking indoors is not permitted
Certain areas of the house are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility
Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior arrangements have been made
Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially after 22:00
Guests are requested to rinse off sand using the outdoor tap or shower before entering the house
The property operates on a septic system; only toilet paper should be flushed, and bins should be used for all other items
Stays of 7 nights or longer include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen
Optional cleaning and laundry services may be arranged with 24 hours’ notice at an additional cost per service
Pets are not permitted
