Whispers on the Water is situated on the marina in Port Owen, Veldrift, a few minutes from the beach and other amenities for a peaceful yet convenient stay.
The house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, 2 of which are fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. The third en-suite is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
Downstairs offers a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, air fryer, kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dryer, and a breakfast counter that flow to the dining area and features an 8-seater dining table, an indoor braai, air conditioning, and leads to the lounge, furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with streaming options, Wi-Fi for your entertainment, with doors that open up onto a patio and marina views.
Guests enjoy direct access to the canal via a private jetty, with the option to bring their own boat and moor directly in front of the house. Fish from your doorstep, paddle from the stoep, explore the waterways by boat, or enjoy exceptional birdwatching along the Berg River. Secure parking is also provided for peace of mind.
Ideally located for exploring the West Coast, the home is close to Bokkomlaan, Velddrif’s well-known restaurants, lagoon sunsets at Zeezicht, 4x4 beach drives to Dwarskersbos, and only 20 minutes from Langebaan and Club Mykonos. Elands Bay, Lamberts Bay, and the Cederberg mountains make for memorable day trips.
