Baie dankie vir die mooi terugvoering, Regaile. Ons is regtig bly om te hoor dat julle so lekker by ons gekuier het en dat alles na julle sin was. Dit maak ons harte warm om te weet dat die kinders dit ook baie geniet het. Dankie ook vir die komplimente oor ons diens — ons probeer altyd om ’n huislike, vriendelike atmosfeer te skep sodat elke gas welkom voel. Stella en die span.

Excellent, very relaxing. On arrival, the accommodation establishment was well informed for our stay. We were welcomed at this beautiful, well-equipped Chalet. The pool was very user-friendly and clean. All paperwork was done professionally. Very quiet and relaxing, and close to all malls and the seaside.

Lovely. We had a fantastic time but were not happy with the condition of the kids' swimming pool. The bottom of the pool was green in some areas of the pool.

Clean, quiet, bad communication. It was fine. We had to pay the deposit via cash as they did not accept EFT. My parents were left outside until I arrived because they were not allowed even into the gate. I put in the location on Google Maps and it took me to a completely different place and this was the address they provided. Be sure to note that when you get there, each and every thing will be counted, even the curtains, and before you can leave, everything gets counted again.

Dear Katelynn, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience and would like to clarify a few points for future guests. We would like to emphasise that EFT payments are always accepted at our establishment. In this case, the option was available, but a decision was made by your parents to leave the property and go to withdraw cash for the breakage deposit. Upon their return, they were welcomed back and immediately taken to the chalet for the check-in process. The arrangement that the person who made the booking has to be present is simply due to our security protocols, which require the booking guest to identify themselves before access can be granted. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all our guests. Regarding the location issue on Google Maps, Wild Wind Holiday Accommodation is well-known in the Gordon's Bay area. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing glitch with Google Maps that sometimes misdirects guests to a location in Somerset West. We have raised this issue with Google on multiple occasions, but the problem persists. In this instance, the Uber driver mentioned to a staff member that he had informed you that you were in Somerset West and not Gordon's Bay. As for our inventory checks, these are standard procedures conducted at check-in and check-out to maintain the quality of our accommodation for all guests. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible (it takes only 5 minutes if everyone is on board).
