House Rules
The apartment can accommodate one child on a single sleeper bed as well.
Please note that guest verification is required prior to arrival through a third-party provider, Truvi. Guests will be contacted via email and/or SMS to complete the verification process and select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver at an additional cost. Completion prior to arrival is required to ensure a smooth check-in process.
The home can accommodate an additional child or infant by prior arrangement and approval, at an additional cost.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Guests may smoke only on the outdoor patio area.
Please note that children live in the adjoining house, and some noise may be heard from time to time, especially around the pool area.
