- Use of the braai facilities may be allowed by arrangement but guest have to provide there own firewood and coal.
- Guest may not have party's at the facility but guests may entertain within reason.( 1or 2 people may visit but no overnight guests.)
- No smoking is allowed inside the house but guest can smoke in the outside sitting area.
- No loud music after 10pm as the property is in a residential area.
