Please note that there is ongoing construction near the apartment, and rates for 2025/2026 have been reduced accordingly.

Construction noise levels may vary from day to day and can range from minimal to extremely noisy. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific noise conditions during your stay. By proceeding with your booking at the discounted rate, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. No further refunds, discounts, or compensation will be offered due to construction-related disturbances.

Guest Registration

All guests are required to complete and sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival to facilitate a smooth check-in process.

Electricity & Load Shedding

South Africa currently experiences periods of load shedding (scheduled power interruptions), which may result in electricity outages of approximately 2.5 hours or longer at a time. While outage schedules are generally communicated in advance, changes can occur unexpectedly.

Many property owners have implemented backup solutions to improve guest comfort during outages where possible.

To help you plan accordingly, we recommend downloading:

Please note that load shedding is managed by the national electricity provider and is beyond our control. Neither Turnkey365 nor the property owner can be held liable for any inconvenience, service interruptions, refunds, discounts, or compensation resulting from power outages.

Noise Policy

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and all guests are required to respect the building’s noise regulations and community rules.

Please take note of the following:

No parties or events are allowed at the apartment.
Loud noise or music audible to neighbours is not permitted:
Between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays
Between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends
No shouting, hooting, or excessive noise is permitted in the street or common areas at any time.
Visitor parking is limited. Guests are kindly asked not to block garages, driveways, or access points.
Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and protection against theft or loss of personal belongings.

Group Bookings

Groups consisting entirely of solo travellers are only permitted by prior arrangement.

Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not allowed.

Children

While children are welcome, parents and guardians are advised that the property may include features such as balconies, stairs, split-level terraces, or unfenced pools that could pose safety risks to younger children.

Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are encouraged to supervise children carefully throughout their stay.

Monthly Stays

For discounted monthly bookings, please note the following:

Electricity usage will be charged separately for the guest’s account.
Daily housekeeping is not included but may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Standard amenities, including Wi-Fi and DStv (where applicable), are included.
Reasonable water usage is included and monitored in accordance with local municipal guidelines.
Garden and pool maintenance services will be included where permitted.
