"Langebaan is mooi, maar voel bietjie outyds. Die strande is mooi en lekker om te ver te loop. As jy nie surf nie kan jy bietjie uit voel."
"Pragtige plek, maar ons is gedurig lastig geval met mense wat items aan ons wil verkoop. Ek het ook baie onveilig gevoel want ons is ingelig dat die mense inbreek in die voertuie. Ek sal nie sommer gou weer in Lambertsbaai vakansie kom hou nie."

We shivered rather miserably through our first few days till the weather improved and shot up to almost 40 degrees. There is a designated walk above the harbour which should not be missed. Nor should the local municipal garden with a plethora of west coast plants all neatly labelled for your further interest."
