"Mense is vriendelik, die omgewing is stil maar ook sy eie mooi. Beste etes in Merweville by Angela's winkeltjie oorkant Miems."
"Lovely market, Philiphili Beach Restaurant has excellent pizza, lovely shopping centres and little shops to browse around it. A hidden gem."
"Baie mooi met sy uitgestrekte strande, en orals winkels wat jy sommer kan inloer om iets te koop of net rondloop en die skoonheid van die stad te geniet."
"It's a heavenly village and even a couple of days there is restorative - but don't tell too many people, otherwise the peace might be obliterated by crowds!"
"Close to Agulhas, with its tourist attractions; lighthouse, shipwrecked and carved southern most point of Africa. Where Indian and Atlantic ocean meets."
"Paternoster is a beautiful little village. Would go back again. We loved the place."
"Best province in the country to visit and stay in. Beautiful places to visit and still quite safe."
"Cape Town International Airport baie beter as OR Tambo. Die Uber en taxis word ook goed adverteer in Kaapstad."
"Pragtig en boomryk. Varsste lug wat ons in 'n lang tyd gehad het. Ons het die heerlikste oesters geniet by Tapas & Oysters in die hawe."
"Grocery shopping not the best, if you plan on just staying in De Rust, ensure you have all the foodstuffs you need. People are friendly and inviting."
"Juweel met besonderse kuslyn en plekke om te verken. Heerlik naby aan ander dorpe en besienswaardighede, maar sonder die besige verkeer en baie mense."
"Quaint little spot, has a Spar and Tops, there are some busy restaurants around. We went to Alegria which is really popular (must book next time) also to Palm Tree which was more casual and has some great food and cocktails, Jans Vetkoek Den, for his Mussel and Calamari pot and bread and vetkoek for breakfast (must remember to order more to take home for the kids next time) All in all a great time was had by all."
"There are no franchises or modern food stores. Just local shops. To get to franchises, Spars or any modern stores it's an hour away. That's the only downside."
"You would use Riversdale as a basis for exploring nearby villages such as Still Bay and the underestimated town of Heidelberg. But be prepared to spend at least a few hours in the varied collection of the Julius Gordon Centre (it is not a stuffy museum). And do not pass go until you have been to the jail!"
