House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can plan the heating of your hot tub.
Check-out is at 11:00.
Your hot tub will be heated on the day of arrival. Thereafter, it will be your responsibility to maintain the heat if you wish to continue using it.
•Please do not bring your own wood, as the wood we supply is insect-free and safe for our environment and hot tubs. Wood is available from us at R180 per 30–35kg bag. Please bring cash.
Please do not add salts, oils, or chemicals to the hot tubs, as the water is later used to keep our surroundings green.
Please help us maintain a peaceful environment
No loud noise or music.
Alcohol to be enjoyed responsibly.
Please dispose of cigarette butts in bins, as they are a fire hazard and affect natural beauty.
Our water supply is pumped, so during loadshedding there will unfortunately be no hot water.
Day visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement, at R350 per person.
We will gladly show you where to park on arrival.

The main gate closes at 23:00. Please let us know in advance if you require access after this time.
Please bring your own tea, coffee, sugar, and towels.
Towels can be supplied with a refundable R400 deposit if needed.
To prevent loss or damage, a key will be provided upon a refundable cash deposit of R100.
Please do not move items between units or take furniture outdoors.
Kindly switch off lights when not in use and avoid bringing additional electrical appliances (fans, heaters, air fryers, etc.).
There is no need to clean the braai area – our staff will take care of it when you leave
•You are welcome to feed our animals any fresh fruit or vegetables. Please do not feed them anything that could upset their stomachs, if you are unsure, google or ask. We are always happy to answer your questions.
• Delivery services such as 60/60 do not reach us, so please avoid placing delivery orders.
• During summer, bringing Peaceful Sleep mosquito repellent is recommended.
