Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that the air conditioning is prepaid.
A breakage deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded two days after an inspection of the property has been completed.
Guests are kindly requested not to disturb the peace.
No loud music is permitted after 22:00, and no portable speakers are allowed on the premises.
Refuse must be removed by guests to the refuse area at Gate 2.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
All windows must be closed when guests leave the house to prevent baboons from entering.
Air conditioning units are prepaid and must be switched off when guests are not in the house.
The house must be left in a clean condition, in the same state as it was found at check out.
No fires may be made in any braai facilities other than the built-in braai facilities provided.
