Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

• Admin Fee of R495.00 per booking
• Cleaning Fee of R750.00 per booking

Rates are displayed on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The person signing this agreement accepts full personal responsibility for any losses, damages, or breakages to the apartment or its contents during the stay.

The signing guest agrees to communicate these Terms and Conditions to all members of their party and ensure compliance.

Only guests listed in the booking may occupy the property.

The maximum number of guests must not exceed the limit stated in the booking. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Entry may be denied if the booking person responsible is not present at check-in.

All guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

Misbehaviour includes, but is not limited to:
-Excessive noise or loud music at any time
-Exceeding the agreed number of guests
-Parties or commercial activity
Any activity deemed inappropriate by management

Breaches may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Guests are financially responsible for any damages or losses, as well as fines issued, which must be settled with Home Meets Hotel within 7 business days.

Smoking is not permitted inside any apartment, and alcohol is prohibited in common areas.

A starter pack is provided on arrival, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, basic cleaning detergents, and bathroom amenities. These items are not replenished during the stay.

Electricity is supplied via prepaid units; excessive use is the guest’s responsibility. Load shedding may occur, and Home Meets Hotel is not liable for system failures.

Fitted sheets, a duvet, a bath towel, and a hand towel are provided for each guest.

Guests should bring personal login credentials for DSTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other applicable services, as not all apartments provide them.

Apartments are self-catering and are not serviced during your stay. Additional cleaning or linen changes must be arranged directly with the host.

For stays longer than seven nights, a complimentary weekly linen change is included.

The cleaning fee covers departure cleaning only. Guests are responsible for leaving the property clean and tidy.

Furnishings, window coverings, kitchen utensils, cooking ware, and cutlery are the owner’s choice and cannot be altered or dictated by Home Meets Hotel.

Guests must not remove or share any property contents with anyone outside the booking.

Outdoor furniture may be moved indoors during strong winds.

Some apartments may experience temporary odours or whistling sounds due to wind.

Some apartments are near restaurants and pubs; noise may occur. Any issues should be reported on arrival for the host to address.

In-person check-in after 7 pm incurs an additional fee of R500.

Airport shuttles are available at an additional cost.

International plugs/converters are not provided.

Home Meets Hotel is not always informed of renovations or noise in neighbouring units and cannot be held responsible for disruptions during business hours.
