House Rules

This is strictly a NO-SMOKING property. A fine of R3,500 will apply if any smell of smoke, vape or marijuana is detected in the listing after guests stay (it requires us to deep clean all curtains, couches, cushions and carpets).
Our complex makes use of a facial recognition app. For short stays, we will supply pins for main security (and pedestrian gate to the beach will not be accessible). For longer stays (or on request for shorter stays) we will register guests on the app in order to make use of easy access control via face/bluetooth in app. Please note that registration can only be done Monday through Friday and that Friday registrations will likely only lead to activation the following Monday - it's recommended to do this in advance before your stay so that you are registered by the time you arrive.
The complex has permanent- as well as holiday residents so guests should please be mindful of them when playing music.
The complex has a set quiet time between 22:00 and 09:00 which guests are required to adhere to.
This property is not suitable for parties or events.
Day visitors are allowed but are not permitted to stay over.
Guests should please park in the allocated parking bay while their visitors should park in the Visitor's Only parking bays.
