The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 kids) and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower and a Victorian bath. Linen and bath towels are provided. The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, washing machine as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with 2 sofa beds and a TV with DStv channels. Guests have access to a free Wi-Fi, a private braai area as well as undercover secure parking.

House Rules
There is a refundable breakage deposit of R 500 (not included in the rates and must be paid directly to the establishment).
No parties or functions are allowed.
No loud music or excessive noise is allowed. If any neighboring resident reports noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict the guest from the property and terminate the stay, without any refund of either the accommodation money or security deposit.
The maximum number of people who can use the accommodation at the time of the guest visit may not exceed the maximum capacity of the unit, and only those indicated on the booking form can occupy the property. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of breach of these conditions.
