Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The house is equipped with rechargeable lights for use during power outages.
R 250 in cash upon check-in for a late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. This limit may not be exceeded at any time. A baby cot is available on request at additional cost.
Guests are required to supervise small children at all times, as there are no safety barriers on stairs or railings. The pool is enclosed with a fence.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Bath towels may not be used for beach or swimming purposes. Beach towels are provided separately.
Pets are permitted by prior arrangement only, subject to owner approval. The applicable pet policy applies.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Cigarette disposal must be done using the provided ashtrays and not in outdoor areas or plumbing systems.
Parties and events are not permitted. Guests are required to respect neighbours and maintain low noise levels at all times. Loud noise is not permitted after 22h00.
The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure, and check-out times must be adhered to.
The property operates on a septic system. Only appropriate waste and toilet paper may be disposed of in toilets, and suitable cleaning products must be used.
Housekeeping services are not included but may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
The accommodation is self-catering, and guests are required to provide their own consumables.
