Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in is between 14:00 PM and 18:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Please note that the property is not able to accommodate children.
A compulsory bi-weekly cleaning service is required for all stays.
No parties, ragers, or events are allowed at any time.
No excessive noise - please be respectful of neighbours and the estate environment.
A compulsory breakage deposit of R5000 is required before check-in.
Guests must keep the home clean during their stay and treat all furniture and items with care.
Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
Guests should gather used towels, dispose of all trash, turn off electrical equipment, lock the property, and return the keys. The house should be left in a tidy condition, with any used dishes washed, the braai cleaned if used, and furniture returned to its original position. Care in maintaining the property ensures Boardwalk Retreat remains in excellent condition for future guests.
